Company Incorporation Expenses



These days, most of my time is going in legal work, right from finding a office, incorporation and fetching a sales tax number. An economic times article mentioned that India government is going to facilitate company incorporation in just 1 day, which was reverted back to the conventional procedure within one week.


After enquiring with a couple of CAs and friends, I would be incorporating a private limited company in India from Bangalore. The steps involved
1.Applying for DIN (Director Identification Number) along with digital signature
2.Name Approval of the firm (6 best names to be given for consideration)
4.Stamping, digitally signing and e-filing of various documents with the Registrar.
5.Payment of Fees.
Although most the information is widely available over the web, a couple of documents require an authority's approval.


The entire process can last anything between 10 to 20 days and can involve the below mentioned costs. The figures mentioned are cost to be incurred by an entrepreneur who is availing services of a CA professional. The receipts of the same are provided apart from soft expenses, which go in the form of Bribe.
